In 2002 we began deploying servers by personally visiting their premises and then we also started mirroring their servers at different locations. Since then we have grown into a company with over 1100 clients hosting their sites with us. We've been in the web hosting business for over 10 years. Not only do we know what we're doing, but you're not going to have to worry about changing hosting companies because we're not going anywhere.

At GM we know how frustrating it can be to have a server problem and not get the support you deserve. That is why we have a company philosophy to strive to provide the best customer service possible. If you have a problem we will investigate it, find a solution, test the solution, and then send you a full explanation. We hate it as much as you when a support representative doesn't explain something fully or asks you to test to see if a fix worked.

Is CDN available for everyone?
This product is available for (GM) customers. You must have an existing account in order to activate CDN.
I don't have a high traffic site. Is CDN right for me?
CDN is great for any site that has global visitors. Even if you don't have a high traffic site, CDN can help to speed up load times for users from around the globe.
Can I receive discounts by pre-paying for bandwidth?
We opted to keep our pricing simple and competitive so you don't have to worry about pre-paying for bandwidth. Our CDN service is $500 / annum for up to 200GB / month. If you exceed 200 GB during any month, it's $0.15 per GB monthly for up to 10 TB, and beyond 10 TB, it's $0.10 per GB monthly.
Will I be charged additional fees for storage?
Not at all! There are no additional fees for storage.
Do you offer SSL with CDN?
Not yet. We know that this is important to our users and it's on our roadmap.
Can I use either Small Objects and Large Object files?
Yes, you have access to both Small Object and Large Object. Some customers prefer to access all content from the Large Object URL. Keep in the mind that both the Small and Large Object URLS are optimized for certain types of content. In particular,by using the Small Object URL for content under 300k (e.g. css, javascript, small images, etc.) site owners can realize a 15% reduction in load times. For some customers who are crazy about performance, this is a big percentage. For others who wish to keep it simple, the Large Object CDN provides a huge performance gain by itself for all objects, large and small.
